Lakaw – Travel Reels Social Platform

Welcome to Lakaw. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lakaw mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using Lakaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Modify (for formatting or optimization)

• Display

• Distribute

• Promote

your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared with others or retained for legal purposes.

Lakaw offers direct messaging and group chats. You agree not to use messaging features for:

• Harassment or threats

• Spam or scams

• Sharing illegal material

Lakaw may moderate or review reports of abusive communication.

8. Location-Based Features

Lakaw allows you to tag locations and browse travel content geographically.

You acknowledge that:

• Public location tagging may reveal your whereabouts

• You use location features at your own risk

• Lakaw is not responsible for real-world interactions resulting from location sharing

9. In-App Purchases & Payments

Lakaw may offer:

• Creator support tools

All purchases are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).

You agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

• Violations may result in loss of purchased benefits
